This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It applies to buythomsonreserve.com, a marketing website operated by Mary Tan, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies.

What is collected

The registration form on this site collects only what you enter into it: your name, mobile number and email address, and optionally your bedroom preference, buyer profile and any message you write. Nothing else about you is collected, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why it is collected

• To contact you about Thomson Reserve in response to your registration.
• To send you the developer's floor plans, price list, e-brochure and preview invitation when they are released.
• To register your interest with the developer or its appointed marketing agency where that is needed to arrange a viewing or a booking.

Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone outside that purpose.

Consent

By submitting the registration form you consent to being contacted about Thomson Reserve by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email at the details you provide. This consent is specific to this enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time, and once you do you will not be contacted again about this or any other project.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data is held about you and how it has been used, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are actioned within a reasonable period and there is no charge for a straightforward request.

Do Not Call Registry

If your Singapore number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry, marketing messages will not be sent to it unless you have given clear and unambiguous consent for that specific number. Registering on this site is treated as that consent for the number you enter; withdrawing consent removes it.

Retention

Registration details are kept only while there is a genuine purpose for keeping them — while you are considering the project, and for the period a salesperson is required to retain transaction records. After that they are deleted.
